Neighbor IT Checking hours…
IT services & consulting · Clarksville, TN

Tech support from someone who lives here.

Networks, Microsoft 365, security and backups for Clarksville small businesses. The work happens evenings and weekends, so your team never loses a workday to an upgrade.

Serving Clarksville, Sango, St. Bethlehem, Oak Grove and the Fort Campbell area.

Why Neighbor IT

Your IT, done while the doors are closed.

Big IT firms stretch a few technicians across dozens of clients. Neighbor IT keeps a short client list on purpose.

No downtime during your day

Upgrades, migrations and new equipment go in after closing or on the weekend. Your staff come in to systems that just work.

One person who knows your setup

You won't explain your network to a new technician every time. The same person documents it, maintains it and answers your questions.

Local and on-site

Based in Clarksville, not a call center. When something needs hands on hardware, someone drives over.

How it works

From first message to finished work

  1. Tell me what's going on

Use the form or send an email. A short description is plenty.

  2. Free assessment

A visit after hours to look at your setup and ask a few questions.

  3. Clear written quote

What I'll do, what it costs, and when. No surprises on the invoice.

  4. Work gets done

Straight talk

What to expect

Good IT starts with honest expectations, so here they are up front.

You can count on

  • A reply the same evening to messages sent by 5 PM on weekdays
  • Upgrades and installs scheduled outside your business hours
  • Written quotes before any paid work begins
  • Documentation of your network and accounts that you keep

What this isn't

  • A 24/7 help desk. Daytime emergencies are handled the same evening, or by a trusted local partner when it can't wait
  • A long-term contract. Projects and hourly work, with monthly support available for a limited number of clients
About

Hi, I'm Brandon.

29years in manufacturing
16years in IT

I've spent 29 years in manufacturing and 16 years in IT. I've kept production running when the network went down, and I've been the customer waiting days for an outside IT company to call back. I know what downtime costs a business.

I started Neighbor IT to be the kind of tech help I'd want: local, responsive, and willing to explain things in plain English. I work with a small number of clients so I can actually know each one.
